I'm in a skirt and flip-flops, and I'm not going to bother taking a jacket to work.
Texas does have it's benefits, even if all the above will be tainted with sticky humidity.

In Missouri today the high is 16 degrees, the wind is cold, the wind chill is -22, and a snow storm is forecast for Monday. I am envious of your skirt and flip flops.

And it is even colder here in Iowa, below zero all the way to work this morning. I believe it has warmed up to 8 or 9 degrees now. Anyway enjoy the warm weather for me, too. It will be a long time before I am able to wear flip flops outside. Love, Grandma P.
