If that was baby's first migraine that hit last night (and woke me up again from the hours of 3:20ish-4:50ish), I quit.

If they happen again, try this experiment:
When I get migraines, I sometimes briefly lose sensation in my right hand, causing me to drop things (more frequently than usual).
I first learned this in middle school band practice, as did my trumpet.
Oops. Didn't list the experiment:
Take a pencil and twirl around your fingers, waiting for weird, tingly sensations followed by lack of dexterity (often illustrated by sudden demonstrations of gravity).
For it to be kosher, twirl the pencil in both hands, or maybe even have another person playing with a pencil to ensure you aren't at a juncture of fluxuating gravity, in which case you should move.
